
NAVPORT offers Administrative Services to lodge your application on the NSW Planning Portal.
If you are considering building a new home, or undertaking alterations and additions to your home, adding a shed, or a pool, for example, you are now required to submit your application for development works via the NSW Planning Portal. We can help.

Each application will require supporting documentation. You are required to provide all of the relevant documentation relating to the proposed development works. We do not ensure that the development will be approved, this will be reviewed and determined by Council or a Private Certifier. If there is a request for additional information to support your application we will receive this notification on your behalf and communicate with you what has been requested, indicating any specified time frames for submitting the additional documentation, once this is provided to us, we will submit the update/s on your behalf. We cannot control the application processing times.
Once an application is approved we will provide a copy of all Approved Documentation for your records.
