NAVPORT has been conceptualised as a result, of seeing firsthand community frustration with mandatory application lodgements with the NSW Planning Portal, by founder Sharon O’Brien.

Navigating the NSW Planning Portal is not for everyone. There are those in our community who do not have a computer, or who are uncomfortable using one at this level. The application process is also putting a strain on our professional services - architects, planners, builders, and trades.

Having experienced the frustration in professional environments, both local Council and private certification, NAVPORT has been created to provide an option - Administrative Services for application lodgement and assisted application lodgement.

Sharon O’Brien has 25+yrs experience in Administrative Services, held a Senior Management position for a local well known Southern Highlands and Wollondilly business for 17 years, local Council and Private Certifier Administration experience and is a qualified Bookkeeper.
